I’ve never had to ask if I’m riding the biggest dirt jumps ever made. In fact, I don’t even ride the biggest jumps in the city.
But I know people who don’t ride as well as me who’ve said they think they have what it takes to ride the FEST jumps.
I’d love to see that.
If you break your collarbone on a 15-foot table, imagine the damage you could do on a 90-foot gap. Becoming the first person to somehow compress all his vertebrae through the top of his skull would be the coolest way to die since Sub-Zero first ripped Johnny Cage’s spine out.
Looking at this video of the 2020 FEST jumps, I’m pretty sure that’s what would happen to those people.
